We want you and your little one to be 100% happy with every purchase! If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right.
1. Return Window

You can return most items within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Festive/special collection items: 7 days from delivery (mentioned on product page).
2. Conditions for Return
Items must be:

Unwashed, unworn, and unused

In original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging (including free gifts, if any)

With the original invoice/order number
3. When You Can Return/Exchange
100% eligible in these cases:

Wrong size/color/item sent

Manufacturing defect (stitching issue, torn fabric, missing buttons, etc.)

Damaged or soiled product received
4. How to Request a Return

Reason for return
Step 3: We will arrange a FREE reverse pickup from your doorstep (most cities in India). If pickup is not available in your area, we will reimburse courier charges (max ₹100–150, whichever is lower) on proof of courier receipt.
5. Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and verify the returned item, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Money will be credited back to your original payment method:

Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking → 5–7 business days

UPI/Wallets → 2–3 business days

Cash on Delivery → Bank transfer (NEFT) to your account

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except when we sent the wrong or defective item).
6. Exchange Instead of Refund
Love the product but need a different size/color? We offer FREE exchange within 15 days (subject to stock availability).
7. Sale & Discounted Items
Items bought during Sale, Flash Sale, or with coupon codes are eligible for return/refund exactly like regular-priced items (same rules apply).
8. Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund even after 10 business days, please contact us with your order number — we’ll chase it for you!
